What does it mean when CMR values show "unsupported" in the new VNQM? I've pulled the raw CMR files and verified that the values are present in the file. Does VNQM only support CMRs for certain CallManager versions? I'm running 6.1.2.
In VNQM, "unsupported" will be displayed for quality metrics (Mos/Jitter/PacketLoss/Latency) of a call detail record, only if CMR files are not generated by the call manager. Please raise a support ticket with diagnostics, if CMR's are generated and VNQM shows "unsupported" in the application.

Our VNQM supports CCM 6.x 7.x and 8.x . Please open a support ticket and we will investigate the problems.
