In WebHelpDesk is there a way to have canned or pre-written responses that can be quickly added to ticket notes?

I just confirmed with SolarWinds Support that canned or template based responses are not currently supported in the product.
What browser are you using?

Thanks for that info; however, I was asking to find out if any such feature existed in the WebHelpDesk product as is common with other ticketing systems.
I just opened a feature request for this.
