We currently have a pretty standard alarm that goes off when CPU utilization goes over 90% for 5 minutes on a critical network interface. However, our network team has expressed interest in escalation when it begins "flapping", at a threshold of 3 alarms per hour.
I have unfortunately little to no experience with SQL, so I have no idea how to go about crafting an alert like this. Can anyone please help me out?
