FAQ Editor Freezes with console error

Question

When attempting to access and edit a FAQ the screen freezes at loading and the console reports

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'children' of nullnode.js:25

CKEDITOR.htmlParser.node.remove

I haven't found this error in the forum yet.  I will keep trying keywords and will edit this post as the conversation develops.

There is HotFix 2 now which addresses a number of FAQ issues

I am not able to assist with the error but you may want to note if you are running 12.2 or a prior version. In 12.2 the tech side of the FAQ module was rewritten in a new coding framework from prior releases.
