Hi,
I have been continuously trying to pull the host name detail in the configuration item column of the service now incident which was integrated with soalrwinds.
I need additional information for this re-search that where will be the database entries (In solarwinds database) for the service-now column names chosen in our Solarwinds incident alert configuration from the web console.
I believe that if i visualize this database entry of Service now column names in solarwinds databases, i can bring the hostnames displayed on the incidents triggered from solarwinds.
