I'd like to launch a client search web page where the search is based on the phone number. I need to automate this through a URL or similar.
Our IP phones can launch a URL when there is an incoming call. This would allow the agents to have a screen in front of them with a short list of clients (many can call from the same office) as soon as they pick up the call.
This is a basic function of many help desk software solutions but I can't see how to do this in Web help desk. I need to be able to demonstrate this as part of our evaluation of the product.
