So I see loads of default reports in Patch Manager for WSUS (Microsoft) updates, but are there any reports for 3rd-party updates? If not, what fields should I be using to create a custom report for my 3rd-party updates?
ALL patch reports in Patch Manager automatically include all published third-party updates.
To filter a report for ONLY third-party updates, add a report filter for the Update Source column and set it EQUAL "Other" (or NOT EQUAL "MicrosoftUpdate"). Only some of the datasources provide this column, so it may be necessary to adjust the report definition use a more detailed datasource.
