Zero Latency

Hi, on some of the IP SLA graphs we see spikes of zero latency, with corresponding dips in jitter and MOS. On looking at the data in Excel, these are caused by the minimum values being zero. What causes these data points and are they "valid"?

Latence and jitter are smaller the better metrics, but MOS is larger the better. If all of those are going to 0 you may have a missing data points. Check you SQL servers disk write queue and see if you are seeing counts over 5 or so. Also any info you can give on your NPM server (#Elements, #IP SLA ops SQL Storage etc.)
