This sounds like something you should open a support case for, this does not sound normal. Is your whole configuration getting blown away or just certain parts?
I agree with typhoon87, this does not sound normal. Please go ahead and create a ticket via Submit a Customer Service or Technical Support Ticket - SolarWinds so we can look into it.
I would not remove the content of question. If other users will experience similar behaviour they would know to go to support right away.
