Hello all,
I was able to create a heat map in Network Atlas for my Cisco WLC 2504 and 4 APs successfully. However, when I try to click on the map from the All Wireless Heat Maps in the NPM web console, it just refreshes the view and does not actually open the map for full view. I have restarted services, rebooted, re-run the config wizard and re-created the heat map too. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I opened a ticket 24hrs ago and have yet to receive a response from support.
