Does anyone know if the Web Help Desk can integrate with Google Admin Console?
Integrate how? What are trying to accomplish?
I was hoping that there would be a way they would talk and import information like SCCM to include the IP address, MAC address and such of the device.
I do not know of anything that does that in particular, but this is what I do. It doesn't bring any of the information from Google Admin into WHD but, it quickly allows me to find the Chromebook in the Admin console.
This will add an icon next to each asset (all or nothing, unfortunately) that will run this search in Google Admin. My only complaint about this is that you cannot apply this to only certain device types (ie, Chromebooks).
