Configuration Item in Solarwinds incident alert configuration having issues.

Hi,

I have integrated Solarwinds with Service now.

I am using the 'Create service now incident' in the trigger action tab to create a service now incident.

In the incident details, I have enabled 'Configuration item' [In order to display the host name in the incident] and inserted the variables '${N=SwisEntity;M=Node.DisplayName}'  |   '${N=SwisEntity;M=Caption}'  |    '${NodeName}'      [each one at a single trial].

But non of the variables displayed the host name in the triggered incident (When tested)

I also just entered a plain text in the configurations item (In incident details)

But this also not worked.

Seeking help from anyone to resolve this issue.

In our case, the ci data were displayed only when we had deposited in ServiceNow the ci

These had to be stored in the ci database, exactly as they were handed over by Solarwinds.

Attached you will find a screenshot from one of our alert actions which works
