I am starting to use WHD and I have a question for you :
I would like to understand how it works when one user will send an email to our main address email of WHD :
1) Where I can define the technician assigned ? It will be all the time the IT admin ?
2) After receiving the ticket in WHD, we will need to assign after manually the technician, location, the company, etc... right ? Are there any workarounds in order to avoid it and to do automatically ?
