Lol yet again probably right under my nose. I'm attempting to setup storage locations for parts ??? any suggestions as I'm having a difficult time locating the section to set them up.

There is a "Store Parts" section you should set to "Yes" under the Location Info tab for the specific spares depot you are setting up. See example below.
