How can I enter a series of MAC addresses and return switch/port information?

Hey all, I'll start off by saying I'm quite the Solarwinds novice... I was wondering if there was a way to import a csv or list a series of MAC addresses and run a report showing where those MACs show up on the network? Basically looking to return switch/port information. I know this can be accomplished via Device Tracker one MAC at a time but there are a few hundred MACs we would be trying to track and it's something we'd like to do on a regular basis. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

as a workaround you can build report using SWQL query like:

SELECT EndpointID, MACAddress, FirstSeen, LastUpdate, Rogue

FROM Orion.UDT.Endpoint

Where MACAddress not in ('0007B4000602')

There used to be a UDT feature called Ad-hoc reporting that allowed you to export all switch connections into a spreadsheet. It makes no sense for Solarwinds to remove this feature unless they were going to replace it with something better (which they haven't). Maybe they removed it because it highlighted failings in the tracking of devices. Coincidently, I have a case open with SolarWinds because many of my switches are occasionally not reporting correctly into UDT (No mac address mappings). The Ad-hoc reporting would immediately show this as only of subset of my switches would appear in the report. I hope that is not the reason the have removed the feature but I would like to know why they did.

Not quite what you asked for but may do what you require.

If this is not suitable then you could either write a web based UDT report or if you are up to SWQL (probably not at this stage) you could write a custom SWQL report to accomplish what you want.
