I have NPM and VNQM modules. The call manager installed in the network is Mitel.
I'm having trouble monitoring the call manager. If anybody had the same situation, please share your experience.

Mitel is currently not supported vendor for VNQM, we have feature request opened for this.
Could you please tell me what you trying to get from Mitel in order to solve your problem?

Thanks for answering me. We've already purchased VNQM license for a year. We have Mitel Call Manager. VNQM admin guide states that it supports vendors other than Cisco and Avaya with limited features. We're having trouble using VNQM in my current environment. If you have any thoughts regarding this situation, kindly share them.
