Can't make integration work with Firefox

I have been trying to get Toolset integration working with Orion and Firefox for some time now without success. It is working with IE.

Everything is on Win2K8 Server Enterprise. Toolset V is 10.8, Orion is 10.2.2

I have followed the instructions here > http://thwack.solarwinds.com/community/solarwinds-community/product-blog/blog/2010/05/13/orion-toolset-integration-it-just-got-a-whole-lot-better but only get the normal right click menu in FF.

Any other suggestions?

There are couple things you need to make sure are set up correctly:

1) SWBrowserIntegration service has to be running. Unless there was an issue with the installation, or the service startup, it should be running automatically

2) Toolset Integration Tray Application - you can launch it from the start menu

3) Orion account settings - you need to set your Orion account to enable browser integration. You can do this in Account Settings

This IS working fine in IE. Just not FF.
