So we've done the 12.6RC upgrade as we have been waiting for ticket checklists...
...only to find they are limited to 10 items. Why oh why!
Just attempted to create a few checklists based on existing workflows and found the 10 item limit - pretty disappointing.
Then attempted to create a number of (sequential) checklists with the hope that they could all be linked to a request type - that doesn't seem to work either - only one checklist per request?
You may consider upvoting this request to increase the max size to 25
What's the reasoning behind 25 being the limit?
