Solarwinds vs Competition (help with a client)

Hello, i am a Solarwinds authorized resseler here in Brazil.

I'm doing the creation of a bidding for an organ of government that wants to buy some SolarWinds products (almost all modules), and would like some help with some aspects that could take away the competition of the bidding, such as protocols that only the Solarwinds NPM works.

I have done several pages, but I'm still unsure if this will eliminate competitors, i'l really appreciate if i get some help with this...

Our Channel Managers have access to competitive comparison documents that are designed specifically for situations where a bid or rfp are warranted. For example, sales can provide you with the ability to see comparison's of SolarWinds to Nagios, feature by feature, side by side. It will make pulling together your document much easier. I'm happy to put you in touch with one of them? If you'd rather not speak with sales, then I guess I would suggest the Library & Support pages, as those documents will have the technical requirements and abilities related to our product offerings.

We should definitely have something to help out here. Could you provide me with some more information such as the competitors they are currently scoping? We have a ton of reviews which explain how SolarWinds stacks up against our competitors in Spread the Word‌, but I can help narrow the results if you have provide me a bit more information.

You can always utilize the Library & Support page for NPM to gather all the information you could ever need regarding this particular product. Ideally, you can reach out to our LATAM Channel Account Managers (CAM) and they would be happy to help work with you, too. in fact the customer is already convinced to opt for SolarWinds, the problem is to eliminate the other software like HP iMC, Nagios, as is a public organ, they can not buy direct from us and need to make a bid, (i dont know if "bid" is the correct word for that)...

Like i said to DanielleH, the costumer is already convinced to opt for SolarWinds, but as it is a government institution, to win the bidding, we need to eliminate competitors by technical differences between competitors.

I've already made some work, like:

3.1.29. Have remote management tool through Android and iOS mobile devices;

3.1.30. Allow adding graphical maps choosing between several models geographically or import logical image of the network;

3.1.31. Must support IPv4 and IPv6...
