Need beginner help for setting up VoIP Monitoring

I have stepped throught the wizard and all nodes, call paths, call managers, and sites are added. However, the CallManager entries still say "No data collected yet." Also, there are all zeroes in the Call Path section of the Summary View.

What data can I provide to get help on this issue?

based on your description, I am curious whether you are using the older VoIP Monitor 2.x module, or newer IP SLA Manager 3.x. Can you please specify?

yep. It's the older version. I am planning an upgrade on Monday. If the problem persists, I will post back. Thanks for replying!
