Asset Discovery for Web Help Desk

When running the WHD Discovery Engine (WMI), the discovery status shows discovery and collection results, but they are not displayed in the asset repository. Am I missing something? I've gone through documentation and my setup is correct. Please help, I'm new to the web help desk setup.

Are you able to provide screenshots of your configuration (obviously with any confidential bits covered/blanked out)?

This was happening to us when we started using WMI. It has been 2 years since we've used it but I want to say I had to log out and log back in for them to show up. It was pretty funky.

We stopped using it because it would duplicate assets and mismatch asset information whenever a computer's IP would change. As far as I know, that bug still exists, though support is aware of the issue.
