Unable to figure out how to use RTBM windows 10

Hi all,

I am new to these forums, and the product RTBM, which sounds like a really cool tool for monitoring bandwidth and what device is using what etc, but I have not been able to figure out how to get it going. I have tried the public community string, no go, I do have my IP address etc, but always get the message Credential Test Failed...

Can anyone help please?
