One of my users has used the VoIP Search tab and found the 285 calls he is interested in. Now, he wants to dump the raw data. We can't seem to find any way to export it.
Thoughts?
There is the report calls in last 24 hr, or you can use new reporting with swql query on Orion.IpSla.VoipCallDetails, or SQL on VoipCallDetails. you can show up the callID in the result of voip search if you are interested in specific calls
I totally forget about Reports. However, I don't see how they help be either. Once the report is generated, how do I get it to Excel? Best I can do it Export to PDF. Again, there is no raw data export.
if you use new web based reporting and custom SWQL/SQL report, then you may do direct export to Excel (see mid right hand corner):
