After the demo license expired orion don't allow me to modify users. Someone with the same problem or known a solution?

It is pretty common for trial software to limit capability after the evaluation period. I can only suggest you either wipe your system and start again with a new 30day evaluation or maybe look to purchase a small license tier for further proof of concept testing.
