How do you intake WHD alerts into Solarwinds?

Hi all,

We would like to intake alerts from Web Help Desk into Solarwinds to trigger events and manage alerts there.  Do you have any suggestions for doing this?  We haven't set something like this up before in Solarwinds so are unsure how to get this started.

Any advice is appreciated.

Hi Kaylen,

I think it would be appropriate to specify what part of SolarWinds you are trying to send alerts to, the kind of alerts you are wanting to send, and the point you are trying to accomplish by doing this.
