Device has not collected yet... but it HAS...

Question

So I seem to have the opposite issue that many post about.  My data IS being collected but for some reason SM doesn't believe it.

Running STM 5.2.4

I have a number of hosts and devices that show "STATUS:  Device has not collected yet." but when viewing the status for the host, it shows the last successful collect has happened within the past 45 seconds or so.

Event Log shows no issues with data collection and everything else appears kosher.   Wondering if this is a bug in 5.2.4 or something else that I'm missing.

Any advice on how to resolve this issue? we're currently on version 6.1 SRM Profiler.

Well, it does appear you're having some data collection issues after all. If you would, please open a ticket with support and they can help you diagnose the issue further.

So it's a mixture of devices that I"m seeing it on.   All of my EMC Celerra NAS devices, a few of the EMC CX3 and VNX arrays, and a smattering of my ESX hosts.    I assure you all of these devices are up and operational, and in the case of the EMC arrays, other Arrays on the same SMIS collector are functioning fine.
