API List Request Type Not Returning all

Hi, I've been using this API call to get all the WHD request type (https://host.com/helpdesk/WebObjects/Helpdesk.woa/ra/RequestTypes?apiKey=###### working well, getting all the type of request, but since 2 days is not returning all types of request, only some of them, and base in the documentation, this API calls, it is supposed to return all kinds of requests, I'm not filtering anything.

I was comparing if there is a difference in the type of request that the API is coming back and the other that I am not receiving, but they are all the same, and this API SUPPOSE TO RETURN ALL THEM, at this moment I do not have more clues on how to solve this,

If someone can help me solve this, please ... and thanks in advance ...

Not sure if you got this resolved or not, but I believe you need to add the "list" query parameter with a value of "all" otherwise it will only return parent request types.

e.g.

https://host.com/helpdesk/WebObjects/Helpdesk.woa/ra/RequestTypes?apiKey=######&list=all

Also, depending on how many requests types you have in your system, you may need to handle paging.
