Solarwinds web helpdesk can't synch user changes to Active Directory

Hey I've been able to synch user changes from active directory to solarwinds web helpdesk but I can't do it the other way around. Every time I try to synch it just reverts back to the previous setting. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this ?

Any help will be appreciated.

HI Alex,

Synchronization is a 1 way process from AD -> WHD. AD will be the authoritative source which is why the values are reverting back.
