It appears to be more serene and community-centric as compared to mid and high-rise. Sector 150 has a good road network and nearby schools and hospitals.
Has anybody here taken a look at 3 BHK flats in Noida in this segment? What is the ranking of low rise living versus high-rise towers? I am very curious to hear the experience, what goes for and against before I take a call.
