Single-Sign On Certificate Update

We just tried to update our single sign-on (SAML based) on Microsoft and copied the certificate to SolarWinds. We did that yesterday. When I went to test it today by signing out, it is now not letting me in at all. It is flashing between the SolarWinds site and the Microsoft Login page. Any suggestions on how to get this fixed? I'm thinking our updated certificate broke it so I am wondering what we need to do differently.

Also, I've tried clearing browser cache and tried different browsers. Getting the same exact results.
