Add support for Arista secondary VRF metrics

Currently it is NOT supported to retrieve metrics for secondary Virtual Routing and Forwarding (VRF) instances natively in SolarWinds.

Add the ability for SolarWinds to be aware of multiple VRFs on a single device.
