Attachments getting downloaded instead of opening in a new window in the tickets

Hi,

After confirming with Support, it appears that due to a recent security change, attachments now download instead of opening in a new window.

This adds an unnecessary step, especially during meetings, as we have to go to the Downloads folder to access the document and then clean up the downloaded files.

It would be much more efficient if attachments could open directly as they did before.

Appreciate if this can be reviewed and restored to the previous behavior.

This behavior can make it inconvenient to review documents, images, or other attached files, especially when users need to check the content without leaving the ticket or managing multiple downloads.

What file types are prompting you to download them? Some files are able to open in a new tab, because the browser knows how to display it, but other files its not able to do that, which might prompt it to download.

From what I can see there are no settings in SWSD to modify this behavior, so it is likely a browser configuration that changed.
