Alert Scope - Organise by 'meets condition'

Please can we make it so when in an alert definition and it informs us that we have x number of entities matching the condition we can easily see which entities:

In my example below, I have 1 entity matching the condition yet I need to navigate through many pages of results to find the 1 in scope. They should show at the top of this list for ease.
