Monitor Clusterless Availability Groups

We have a number of clusterless AG's in our environment and will have many more—especially as we implement AGs into the cloud. It is imperative that we are able to monitor the health of these high availability solutions.

SQL Sentry's inability to monitor these configurations is a pretty glaring ommision for us.
