How do i use a OpenTemplate, where do i configurate my Quick links?

I have created an OpenTemplate to deactivate or time out a user. The template requires the samaccountname, ExpirationDate and a status, after filling the gaps a ps script will run, it writes the user attributes. Another ps script checks daily if the ExpirationDate is due and checks the Status "Auszeit" or "Austritt". Depending on status the user will be moved to a new OU.

My problem is, that i cant find, where i can use them. I can see it under Data Owner → Templates. Currently all templates are for User Creation. I can see them in the menue: Start → Quick Links → User Provisioning → Create new user or group

Would be nice to have another menue point with open templates.

where can i use the open templates and where can i configurate my quick links?

Where to use:

• Go to the Accounts or Resources view, then Right-click on a specific User or Object.

• Look for "Open Order" or the specific name of your template in the context menu.

• If it is correctly assigned to the "Open Order" type, it should appear as an actionable item for that specific user.

• If you are in the Web client only, search for the user. Open the user's details/profile.

• Check the Actions menu (often represented by three dots or a "Tasks" sidebar). Open templates assigned to the user object type should appear here.

• Don't quote me on this.
