We have hundreds of WPM scripts running, and we periodically need to update the service account password used to access sites. However, when the AD account password is changed, all WPMs fail, requiring individual script updates, which can be time-consuming.
We proposed that WPMs could retrieve credentials directly from the SolarWinds credential library, allowing for a centralized password update that would automatically propagate to all scripts.
