Anyone have any ideas on how to troubleshoot failed MIB updates? I checked the logs and it just says no. I have tried to update Prod and Lab and no go. Thanks!
Can be that the mib db file is locked by other applications.

Have you reviewed logs on the install?
Windows logs say "cannot install" and close. Which area of Solarwinds Logs would have this?
I tried this a no go either. It is not giving me the option to run as an Admin. I am doing this on Server 2022 for Observability.
Run the installer from an Administrative Powershell prompt. Sometime SW installers have issues executing with the correct permissions.
