Any idea when firefox will be able to load helpdesk again? Its been years…. and the current version on RHEL still does not work properly.
Most of our team uses either Firefox or Chrome with no problems. Same instance of WHD. Create a new Firefox profile and see what happens.
No. This issue exists on every computer I have tested it on also.
No, ours is running on a Windows server, which may be the difference, but it would seem strange to me. I had some similar-sounding issues in the past with the Brave browser blocking scripts with the "Brave Shield". Do you maybe have an extension or something similar on your version of Firefox?
Firefox has not worked for using helpdesk for quite some time for me. Currently all I can do is login and see the ticket list. No clicks work nothing. I worked on this issue with support for a while before I got an answer that "It is not supported at this time". I was also told they will let me know when its resolved. I have not received any updates on it and it still does not work. Is your sever on RHEL?
Maybe I'm missing some context here, but WHD loads just fine for me in Firefox.
