Created an Action Rule under the Processes, then went into Action tab and Send E-Mail however do not see an option to add the content of the ticket into an email message. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
What version of WHD ?
We are using version which was updated last week. Thanks.

Sorry, are you still having an issue?
What sort of content are you after?
You can only add variables or fixed text.
Yes, still can't figure out how to add the content of the ticket to the email message. Thanks.
On the Approval Process there should be a Print option which sends an email.
Content is quite fixed though.
You know how when you create an new ticket the content of the email message is sent via email. We setup "Request Types" and Action Rules to send email to certain email groups however when the tickets are open, the message only has the following information and not the whole content of a ticket. Please let me know if that make sense and I am on the right track or not. Thanks for your support.
Here is a sample of the content of the email message, however not every member of the groups is a tech to see the content.
So if we can just attach the ticket it would be great. Does this make sense? Thanks.
Just to follow up on this a bit @PaymaunJ1340 , If I am understanding the thread correctly, when you say you want to "attach the ticket" you are just meaning that you want to get the information in the Request Detail box (basically, in my example, what is showing in yellow in my ticket below):
When we look at the options for the Send E-Mail action of an Action Rule, as you can see below there are options for Subject (<subject>) and Ticket Number (ticket_id), but unfortunately, there is not an option to include the Request Detail field. It looks to me like what you are wanting to do would be a Feature Request.
Hi Kellytice, you are absolutely right so since HR was asking and I tried and tried but no luck, so opened a ticket with WHD and they said it was a Feature that they need to add and hopefully in the next revision. Thanks Kellytice for your prompt response.
