How to Pass SolarWinds Service Desk Certification

I’m currently preparing for the SolarWinds exam and would like to ask for guidance from those who have already passed. I’ve taken the exam multiple times and noticed that most of the questions are scenario-based, especially around troubleshooting and best practices.

I've not done it, but the answers are going to be the same for any certification exam…

Study, study again, and study some more. Also, get hands on with the application itself.
