It seems that all my points is useless because I can't use it to buy Solarwinds Products. planning to buy Bag.

Hey, every item in the store (and the shipping!) is already 100% free and covered by your THWACK team so we aren't able to reduce the 'cost' any further. Our priority is getting the doors back open so you can finally trade in those points for the tech you’ve been eyeing.

Last time I got something was around August/September timeframe. SolarWinds got bought out by a private equity firm & then a few months later they redid everything. PE ruins all good things.

We treasure our points and they have a value. I think OneSyedd was referring to the exchange rate for the points. We hope that the exchange rate will not have taken an unfavorable turn when the store comes back online.

Click on your profile image, and then again on the expanded view and under the About Me where the 2nd padlock is in the below image you will see them. Then just below that in the larger box are your lifetime points.
