I'm attempting to enable the "Poll for Palo Alto" option on multiple Palo Alto firewalls (editing one node at a time). Whenever I try this (or try to make any other changes to the node) I end up seeing the following error after multiple minutes of waiting:
"Timeout occurred while long operation. Retry last operation again please."
I am noticing this issue on a small handful of Palos, but all other Palos are not showing this issue. CLI, ICMP, and SNMP polling to this node is successful and is working as expected. I've also verified that I can log in with the admin credentials that I'm providing to NPM and the appropriate role (superadmin) is being delegated. Has anyone else seen this behavior before? If so, does anyone have any suggestions regarding what I should check to resolve the issue? Thanks in advance!
