SolarWinds public playground access

We need the SolarWinds platform available on a public environment to use as a playground for testing SDK scripts. This will allow us to explore all capabilities before replicating them in production. It will function as a dedicated test playground.

@everyone, finally we won. Here is the demo portal playground that we can leverage the SolarWinds UI.
