I am trying to create an alert to notify when a power supply fails in a device. I was able to set it up, however the initial variables i used were not the right ones as they did not return any values, except for the caption variable. When trying to modify the variables used, the Insert Variable menu will not load when trying to search or update parameters ('Show Variables For' and 'Group By'). Below is an example of contents
Device: ${N=SwisEntity;M=Caption}IP Address: ${N=SwisEntity;M=IP_Address}Date/Time: Monday, November 24, 2025 2:13 PM on ${N=SwisEntity;M=MachineType} device named (IP: ${N=SwisEntity;M=IP_Address}, DNS: ${N=SwisEntity;M=DNS})

My question is what could be causing the Insert Variable menu to hang like this and how can i fix it?
On a side note, is there any web page, file, etc. that contains a list of variables that can be used for alerting? Would be nice to reference that at least if this page wont load.
For reference, we are running Observability Self-Hosted Advanced Enterprise Scale: 2025.2.1 at this time. This issue has been ongoing for a while now, and has persisted through several patches and upgrades.
