How can I add logic

I added a change request form because I wanted to have some kind of logic but it seems in the state I cannot use the change states although the scope is set to change any advice on how to acheive that ?

Hello,

As I understand, you want to update change state after creating change. which seems default states can be created and used from Setup⇒ Global Settings ⇒ Custom States ⇒ Select and create change state as needed.

I understand what you are saying but it seems that the change states are not appearing as a condition in the automation rules
