rschroeder with the win, 2 awards, you're so awesome you got two awards. When is the Thwack Hall of Fame coming? Needs to be in the lobby of the corporate headquarters. They should have a plaster head of you in there with a glass case and LED lighting.... Come on DanielleH lets get this done... HoF.... Hall of MVP's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks all, for a moment today I thought I would bring these awards up to my manager at work, but then I remembered he already gets a feed of all my posts so there's no way he's not already aware of my prolific amount of thwacking When I first started the consulting life my boss told me to keep an eye on thwack and if people were posting problems that I didn't know the answer to that was a good opportunity to learn and solve a problem. 3 years later and countless hours of googling things like "what are sql wait types" and "how to create array powershell" have led this far. I'd like to thank everyone who has inspired me to push myself further by being a role model to me when things seemed over my head or by asking the difficult questions so I could learn by doing and teaching.

Interestingly I took similar path. I have set a goal to myself to answer at least 1 question every day and usually I was ending up answering way more than that. I was also pushing myself to pick questions that I would not know the answer for, that made me to do additional research and learning myself and helping others was great benefit. Eventually I go t my MVP... ye, this is how I did it, true story

Now I am getting so busy helping very very big clients worldwide and that is truly awesome how one software package in the right hands can be changing so many lifes. I too, would like to thank everyone on Thwack for supporting me and thank you to all product team at SolarWinds for continuing to evolve and develop it

For those of us who didn't catch the reading of what the award was for during the announcement, could that be explained too? I remember hearing the Class Valedictorian award was for the person who had the most training in the past year, but I can't remember any of the others (and I seemed to have missed them talked about anyway).

Perhaps in the future the announcements can come with descriptions? The live feeds aren't recorded for replay (at least I can't find them) so I don't remember what some of these are for.

Also, just for giggles, I'd be curious who else qualified for some of these awards. Like those who also had perfect scores on the monthly missions. That's commendable!
