Quick Customer Reference Request - No pain, you gain!

We are in need of a favor. We need your participation to help us retain our Microsoft Core Competency levels that help us continue to develop our software solutions.

If you are game, please submit your information here.
1. The email you provide will only be used to ensure you receive the email from Microsoft.
Shortly after, you will receive an email to complete the customer reference request from Microsoft.
Lastly, you will receive an email from TNS Custom Research to complete a quick survey.

The first 40 people who complete the customer reference request will receive a $50 Visa gift card (only US residents are eligible for the gift card). The recommendation must be completed by August 31st, 2015. Terms & Conditions are attached below.

I completed the first bit, but haven't had either of the follow up emails as yet. It's only been about an hour though, so I'll wait before going again with a different email address (my corporate one uses one of the newer TLDN and sometimes automated systems discount it as erroneous, erroneously )

That's a possibility! Whilst the $50 card would be nice, as a wintel engineer I'm more interested in ensuring SW keep their Microsoft status

Hmm.. I'm a bit confused, never got an email from Microsoft that I can tell, but did get a request to do a survey from Filip Nespor @ Solarwinds that directed me to a mspp.tns-online.com URL? So I think I did steps 1 and 3, but not step 2. I'm thinking step 2 is the important one?
