IP SLA Configuration on the Router

I sort of know that I can use Orion to configure my routers to support IP SLA. My router folks frown on having changes made by software. Can someone point my to a document, Cisco or Solarwinds, that outlines the commands needed to turn on IP SLA in my Cisco routers?
