Is there a way to auto close a parent ticket when all of its child tickets are closed? It seems there should be a way to do it, but I could not find action rule criteria that would trigger this...
This is listed as a feature request and we've subsequently added your post to the request. There's also an older "vote" post that talks about "not auto closing" so my advice was to provide an option for the EU. Of course, we can't promise anything but we hear you and thank you for the request.
