BGP Status on Broadcom/VMWare/VeloCloud edges from API

VeloCloud edges do not support the BGPv4 MIB. As far as I can tell, the only way to pull BGP status is via the API on the orchestrator. I attempted to create a custom poller, but the API returns historical data along with current BGP statuses. I would love for SolarWinds to be able to natively pull this data via API and parse for current BGP status. This status could then be able to be alerted on via Alerts.

Could not agree with you more. Having the ability to monitor VeloCloud BGP status via a SolarWinds standardized built-in way would be so valuable and should be a core feature.
